SafiriCare is a Nairobi-based care recruitment platform. We exist because Kenya trains excellent caregivers who cannot find work locally, and Europe cannot fill its care vacancies — and because the brokers connecting the two have too often exploited the people in the middle.
Our mission
To move care work across borders without anyone being charged for the privilege of working. Every caregiver on our platform is a graduate of an accredited Kenyan institution, prepared for the country they are travelling to, and supported once they arrive.
For employers, that means candidates who show up ready — clinically competent, English-fluent, and oriented to your country's expectations. For graduates, it means an income 8–10× local rates and a career that continues after the first contract.

One fee, quoted upfront, invoiced on the first working day, with a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Employer-verified roles
We verify contracts, accommodation and salary against local law before a candidate ever sees the role.
Support after arrival
Pastoral care through the whole contract, because a supported caregiver stays longer and cares better.
