The process
From requirement to right caregiver.
Five stages, roughly 90 days, one transparent fee invoiced only when your caregiver starts work.
01
TVET signs MOU
Accredited Kenyan training institutions enter a formal partnership with SafiriCare and upload their best pre-vetted graduates to the platform.
Institution audit, curriculum review and data-sharing agreement. Typically 2–3 weeks.
02
You brief us
Tell us the role, specialty, salary and contract length. Ten minutes. Our platform matches your requirements to available vetted candidates.
A structured brief captures shift pattern, language floor, start date and accommodation.
03
We shortlist
You receive matched candidate profiles — scored, vetted and relevant to your specific brief. No guesswork.
Each profile carries certificates, CEFR level, practicum hours, references and a video intro.
04
You interview & select
Video interviews on your schedule. We coordinate. You make the final decision with full information about each candidate.
We handle scheduling across time zones and can join as an observer if useful.
05
We deliver & support
Visa, credential recognition, travel, arrival. Then structured pastoral support throughout the contract.
Airport pickup, first-week settling, 30/90/180-day check-ins and a peer community.
