Shift work inside nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, working across multiple residents alongside a registered nursing team. Structured handovers, documentation and infection-control discipline are central.

Day-to-day duties
- —Assisted washing, dressing and continence care across a resident group
- —Vitals monitoring: BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation
- —Accurate charting and shift handover documentation
- —Infection prevention and control, PPE and waste protocols
- —Feeding assistance and hydration monitoring
- —Supporting activity coordinators with resident engagement
Pre-departure training
- —Institutional care workflows and handover practice
- —Manual handling and safe transfer technique
- —Documentation standards for the destination country
