Day-to-day duties
- —Structured routine design to reduce disorientation and agitation
- —De-escalation and behaviour management without restraint
- —Safe environment auditing: wandering risk, lighting, hazards
- —Reminiscence, music and orientation activities
- —Family coaching and progress communication
Pre-departure training
- —Stages of dementia and person-centred care planning
- —Validation therapy and non-verbal communication
- —Caregiver resilience and burnout prevention
